These cookies also allow us to log many of your actions in the database. This is mainly done so meet administrators can see that you're successfully making entries, but is also done for analytics. None of this data identifies any personal data about you other than the information you've provided.
Sharing Policy
Your email address must be provided for you to use this site. That email address will never be shared with anybody.
Children’s Information
Swim Meet Maker does not ask for any information from children. Young athletes can use some functions of the site, but they are simply identified by a code number that you can assign them. This ensures that absolutely no personal data (other than essential roster info) is collected about them.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Swim Meet Maker. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
Data in Swim Meet Maker
Protecting your data and the data of your athletes is important to us. Names and times of your swimmers will not be viewable by anybody except in the case of meet results for a meet run on the site or in the case of you entering invitationals and providing entry times.
In the interest of being able to provide customer support, we at Swim Meet Maker can see all of your data. This will only be used to help you and will not be used for any other reason. Specifically, the site creator Eric Henninger swears he will never view your information to gain any competitive advantage.
